INISH

Located in Wellington New Zealand, INISH is a Folk Duo that performs Original + Traditional Songs & Instrumental Compositions.    Marian Carter - Tenor & Soprano Recorders, Clarinet, Vocals/Harmonies
                              Barry Carter - (Composer) - Folk & Spanish Guitars, Bodhran, Harmonica, Vocals/Harmonies.

Prior to returning to live in New Zealand, INISH was a well liked participant in the musical community of Salt Lake City. Apart from various festivals around town and throughout the state of Utah, twice a month from 1994 - 2005 INISH performed for Heart & Soul, an organization that sends live music into convalescing homes and other institutions where the folks cannot get out to see a concert. These shows were the highlight of our performing schedule.

A rock ‘n’ roll pseudonym for Barry Carter. The band is also defunct, played all original songs, and was based in Sydney, Australia.
